The Details

what’s not working:

Our client moved into their beautiful Pasadena home over a year ago. This is their second garage, attached to the guest house. For the past year, it’s been completely full of unpacked moving boxes, furniture, old appliances from their renovation, and so many bins and boxes that they had no idea what was in there.

 

Project goals:

  • Make enough space that this garage could potential have another car parked in it.

  • Organize the existing shelving with labeled bins so things are easily found

  • Use the vertical wall space to store bikes, beach gear and tools

  • Utilize the cabinets to store household items

  • Empty the back room and use it to store things they don’t need to access often
